Intent to Sole Source Baker Tilly

The Department of Public Health and Human Services, Office of Procurement & Contracts is considering a request from the Disability Employment and Transitions Division to award a Sole Source contract to Baker Tilly for Montana Accessibile Communications Dynamics CRM database management and support.

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS

Potential vendors who believe they can provide an equivalent product or service meeting all the requirements listed herein and are interested in providing it to the State of Montana are invited to provide a detailed description of their product or service.

Interested vendors must respond with a thorough, detailed written response on how the vendor can provide the services listed within the Letter of Intent document attached to this question. Vendors will upload their document to this question.

Vendors shall use the Q&A Board in eMACS to present any questions, comments, or requests for clarification or interpretation of any information within this notice by the Question Submission Close Date deadline stated.

3. Review and accept the Q & A Board information.
