Purchase of One 2027 Ford Super Duty F-250 SRW (F2B) XL 4WD Reg Cab 8' Box Service Body Truck or Equivalent

The purpose of this Solicitation is to receive bids from one or more vendors to provide Purchase of One 2027 Ford Super Duty F-250 SRW (F2B) XL 4WD Reg Cab 8' Box Service Body Truck or Equivalent for the use by CRDA Special Improvement District Division (“SID”).

CRDA intends to award a contract to the lowest responsible bidder whose bid conforms to these specifications.

All materials and products supplied by the bidder in conjunction with this bid shall be new, free from defects and consistent with industry standards. The products shall be delivered to SID in excellent condition.

All items shall be delivered F.O.B. Destination inside delivery. Delivery shall be within five (5) business days from receipt of order and shall be delivered to the following address, unless noted otherwise on the purchase order:

Miscellaneous

• Training – One (1) day instruction.
• The entire vehicle shall be rustproofed in accordance with NJDOT 4938-173 or the most current standards. The warranty shall be a full five (5) year and issued by manufacturer of rustproofing material.
• Installers shall be ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) Master certified (Certification shall be included in the bid package)
• Dealer’s name shall not appear anywhere on vehicles.
• All vehicles shall have a minimum of ten (10) gallons of fuel upon delivery.

Bids will be received **November 17, 2026 at 10:30 a.m.** eastern prevailing time through NJCRDA’s Bonfire Portal, opened and read aloud in a Zoom meeting open to the public at **11:45 a.m.** eastern prevailing time.

The Questions and Answer period for this opportunity ends **November 5, 2026 at 12:00 p.m.** Eastern Prevailing Time.

Bids will be evaluated to determine responsiveness. The CRDA intends to award a contract to the lowest responsible bidder.
