Purchase of One 2027 or Newer F-150 (W2L) STX 4WD 5.5' BOX TRUCK or Equivalent

The purpose of this Solicitation is to receive bids from one or more vendors to provide Purchase of One 2027 or Newer F-150 (W2L) STX 4WD with 5.5’ Box, Truck or Equivalent for the use by CRDA Special Improvement District Division (“SID”).

CRDA intends to award a contract to the lowest responsible bidder whose bid conforms to these specifications.

The specifications contained herein are intended to describe One 2027 or newer Ford F-150 (W2L) STX 4WD SuperCrew 5.5’ Box Truck (or equivalent).

These specifications are not intended to be restrictive but are meant to describe the type of unit required for use by CRDA. These specifications address the minimum performance requirements of CRDA. The CRDA will consider alternate products, provided that they meet these minimum requirements: [...]

All items shall be delivered F.O.B. Destination inside delivery. [...] Delivery shall be within five (5) business days from receipt of order and shall be delivered to the following address, unless noted otherwise on the purchase order:

- CRDA Warehouse, 13 N. New Jersey Avenue, Atlantic City, New Jersey, 08401

All materials and products supplied by the bidder in conjunction with this bid shall be new, free from defects and consistent with industry standards. [...]

Miscellaneous

• Training – One (1) day instruction.
• The entire vehicle shall be rustproofed in accordance with NJDOT 4938-173 or the most current standards. The warranty shall be a full five (5) year and issued by manufacturer of rustproofing material.
• Installers shall be ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) Master certified (Certification shall be included in the bid package)

Special Notes

• Dealer’s name shall not appear anywhere on vehicles.
• Vehicles shall meet all Federal, State and Occupational Health Act Regulations
• All vehicles shall have a minimum of ten (10) gallons of fuel upon delivery.
