Vernon Construction & Development LLC is seeking proposals from qualified MWBE subcontractors & suppliers for the following trades:
**Project Labor Agreement:** The successful low bidder, as condition of being awarded this Contract, will be required to execute the PLA. All subcontractors of every tier will be required to agree to be bound by the PLA.
**MWBE Participation Goals:** 30% combined Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprise (M/WBE).
