Request for Expressions of Interest for Broadway Malls, W96 Street Building

The City of New York Department of Parks & Recreation (“Parks”) is seeking responses to this Request for Expressions of Interest (“RFEI”) for the repurpose of the Broadway Malls, W96 Street Building and surrounding park area for a parks-use at Broadway Malls, Manhattan.

The City of New York Department of Parks & Recreation (“Parks”) is seeking responses to this Request for Expressions of Interest (“RFEI”) for the repurpose of the Broadway Malls, W96 Street Building and surrounding park area for a parks-use at Broadway Malls, Manhattan.

Subject to availability and by appointment only, we may set up a meeting at the proposed concession site (Block #1243 & Lot #55) (“Licensed Premises”), which is located at W96 Street and Broadway in Manhattan.

All proposals submitted in response to this RFEI must be submitted no later than **Friday, December 11, 2026 at 2:00 p.m.**
