Invitation for Bids No. 2026-TECH-002

Commodity: Interactive Displays, Mobile Stands, Chromebox, and Accessories. Using Agency Name: Pender County Schools.

Sealed bids, subject to the conditions made a part hereof, must be delivered at this office (925 Penderlea Hwy, Burgaw, NC) by **4:00 P.M., EST on November 16, 2026**, for furnishing and delivering the commodity as described herein. Bids will be publicly opened **November 18, 2026 at 1:00 P.M. EST** at the same address.

Bid Specifications

Minimum requirements for qualified bids.

75-Inch Interactive Display

• 75-inch diagonal interactive display; Newline TT-7526QULT is the reference model.
• 4K UHD (3840 x 2160) at 60 Hz; 550 cd/m2 typical brightness after glass; 5000:1 typical contrast; 178-degree viewing angle.
• Infrared touch; up to 50 simultaneous points on Android and Windows; supports finger and passive stylus.
• Android 16 with Google EDLA; 16 GB RAM and 128 GB internal storage.
• Built-in Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax), dual-band 2.4/5 GHz, and Bluetooth 5.2 or newer. Include wireless A/V casting for Windows and ChromeOS with touch interaction/annotation and any required software or license.
• At least 3 HDMI 2.1 inputs (4K at 60 Hz), 1 DisplayPort 1.2 (4K at 60 Hz), and full-function USB-C video with up to 65W power delivery.
• Integrated dual 20 W speakers (40 W combined).
• New equipment only; no used, refurbished, or recertified units. Deliver all items no later than **March 31, 2027**.

Chromebox

• ASUS Chromebox 5a CHROMEBOX5A-SC081UN, P/N 90MS02X1-M00150; Intel Celeron 7305 or equivalent x86 processor. No ARM processors.
• Chrome OS; 8 GB DDR4-3200 memory minimum.
• 128 GB M.2 NVMe PCIe 4.0 SSD minimum.
• Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.4 or newer, and 10/100/1000 Mbps Ethernet.
• Each Chromebox must include a lockable VESA-compatible mounting bracket and all hardware to attach it to its associated interactive display or mobile stand.

Submission

Bids submitted via facsimile (FAX) machine or e-mail in response to this Invitation for Bids will not be acceptable. Bids are subject to rejection unless submitted on this form. Failure to execute/sign bid prior to submittal shall render bid invalid. Mail only one fully executed bid document, unless otherwise instructed, and only one bid per envelope. Address envelope and include bid number.

Award Criteria

Award will be based on the lowest and best bid (most advantageous to Pender County Schools) as determined by consideration of:

1. Prices offered.
2. Quality of item(s) offered.
3. General reputation and performance capabilities of the bidder.
4. Conformity with specifications herein.
5. Suitability for Intended Use.

Other Terms

• Offer valid for 45 days from date of bid opening unless otherwise stated.
• TRANSPORTATION CHARGES: "FOB Burgaw, North Carolina with all transportation charges prepaid and included in the bid price."
• APPLICABLE SALES TAX WILL BE ADDED WHEN PURCHASE ORDER IS ISSUED. DO NOT INCLUDE SALES TAX IN YOUR QUOTE.
• PCS reserves the right to require performance bond or other acceptable alternative guarantees from successful bidder without expense to PCS.
• Insurance: Worker's Compensation, Public Liability and Property Damage ($2,000,000 General Aggregate), and Comprehensive Automobile Liability ($1,000,000 combined single limit). Certificates of Insurance must be filed prior to commencement of the Work.
• Payment terms are Net not later than 30 days after receipt of correct invoice or acceptance of goods, whichever is later.
