Baked items

• Bagels, individually frozen, sliced (plain, cinnamon/raisin, wheat)
• Biscuits, individually frozen, fully baked
• Croissants, individually frozen, pre-baked
• Danish sweet rolls (bulk and individually frozen)
• Muffins, baked, ready to serve
• Donuts, ready to serve
• French toast and French toast sticks, individually frozen
• Pancakes and waffles, individually frozen

Frozen cakes

• Brownies, cheesecake, coffee cakes, pound cake
• Banana, carrot, chocolate, coconut, German chocolate, orange sheet cakes
• Angel food cake and sponge cakes, uniced

Frozen pies

- Apple, blueberry, cherry, peach, Boston cream, chocolate meringue, coconut meringue and lemon meringue

Bidder must circle product/brand being bid for each item. Any brand and product identified in a specification will be the only brand(s) accepted.

Quantities listed are estimates only and may be increased or decreased in accordance with the actual requirements of the facility.

Frozen items must be delivered on freezer trucks at internal temperatures not higher than 10°F (-12.2°C). All products, when received, must have a minimum of 30 days remaining before the stamped "sell by" or "expiration date" expires.

Items designated are to be bid both with and without Government Donated Commodities (GDC) and will be awarded by the lowest bid.

The chart of *State of Manufacture* in the *Reciprocal Limitations Act Requirements* form must be completed and returned with the bid or no later than two (2) business days after notification from the Issuing Office. The *Worker Protection and Investment Certification Form* is also included.
