County of York (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: 2024 Bridge Replacement Program [...] Bids are requested for the following Contract: 2024 Bridge Replacement Program

The Project includes the following Work: Full replacement of County of York Bridge No. 31, which carries Muddy Creek Road (T-630) over South Branch Muddy Creek in Fawn and East Hopewell Townships and County of York Bridge No. 122, which carries Maple Street (T-536) over South Branch Codorus Creek in Seven Valleys Borough and North Codorus Township.

Bids for the construction of the Project will be received **online via PennBID**, until **December 8, 2026 at 10:00 AM local time**. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.

Information and Bidding Documents for the Project can be found at the following designated website: https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com/ Bidding Documents may be downloaded from the designated website. Prospective Bidders are urged to register with the designated website as a plan holder, even if Bidding Documents are obtained from a plan room or source other than the designated website in either electronic or paper format.

Bid security in the form a Certified Check or Bid Bond shall be furnished with the bid in an amount **not less than 10%**. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to submitted via PennBid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Telephone inquiries are unacceptable.

All Bidders are **required** to submit a *Public Works Employment Verification Form* as a precondition for the Contract Award. Bidders will be required to submit an executed non-collusion affidavit with the bid. The estimated cost for this project is greater than Twenty-five Thousand Dollars ($25,000) and the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act shall apply. All bids shall be irrevocable for **60 days** after the bid opening date.
