Project Schedule
This project is scheduled for an anticipated Start Date of December 1, 2026, pending issuance of award and purchase order.
**Submission:** Proposers shall submit their bid through the Procurement Portal no later than **10:00 am on Tuesday, November 24, 2026**. Faxed or emailed proposals shall not be accepted.
The Proposal Response Certification statement that is included with this solicitation shall be signed and returned with the proposal.
