AFW Joint Reseal & Pavement Repair - Phase II Construction

Electronic bids for the construction of Phase II of the Joint Reseal & Pavement Repair project at Perot Field Fort Worth Alliance Airport ("Project") will be received by the City of Fort Worth via the Procurement Portal.

The major work will consist of the (approximate) following: Joint reseal, concrete crack and spall repairs, and removal and reapplication of markings on Runway 16R-34L and Taxiways Charlie and Papa at Perot Field Fort Worth Alliance Airport.

Any contract awarded under this INVITATION TO BIDDERS is expected to be funded from revenues generated from Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) funds and reserved by the City for the Project.

**Submission method:** Electronic bids must be submitted via the Procurement Portal https://fortworthtexas.bonfirehub.com/portal/?tab=openOpportunities, under the respective Project until **2:00 P.M. CST, Thursday, November 19, 2026**. Bids delivered in any other manner than using the Bonfire Platform (Procurement Portal) will not be accepted or considered. No late bids/proposals shall be accepted.

Bids will then be opened publicly and read aloud beginning at 2:00 PM CST at 100 Fort Worth Trail, Council Work Session Room, Fort Worth, TX 76102, unless otherwise specified.

All interested parties should indicate their intent to bid in the Procurement Portal by selecting "yes" under the Intent to Bid section.

**Prequalification:** Certain improvements included in this project must be performed by a contractor or designated subcontractor who is pre-qualified by the City at the time of bid opening.

**Award:** City will award a contract to the Bidder presenting the lowest price, qualifications and competencies considered.
