SEALED BIDS addressed to the Mayor and Council of the City of Huntsville, Texas, will be received at the office of the City Secretary, City of Huntsville, 1212 Avenue M, Huntsville, Texas, until 2:00 p.m. Central Time, Thursday, December 17, 2026, for the purpose of furnishing all supervision, materials, equipment and the performing of all work required in the construction of the N.B. Davidson WWTP - Expansion and Improvements Project, Project #21-10-07, Bid #27-06 [...] And other improvements incidental thereto, at which time and place the proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud and retained for tabulation, checking and evaluation.

1. Elkins Lake Dam Lift Station Improvements
2. 18-inch Rehabilitation
3. Access Road Improvements
4. New Headworks including screening, grit removal, electrical, plant drain package lift station
5. Sequencing Batch Reactors (SBR) including basins, blowers, pumps, aeration, mechanisms, mixers, valves, controls, blower building, and MCC
6. Elevated Operations Building
7. Waste Activated Sludge (WAS) Pumps
8. Disk Filters
9. UV Disinfection
10. NPW System
11. Sludge Digestor Modifications including aeration piping demolition, a self-aspirating jet aeration system, and sludge transfer pumps
12. Sludge Dewatering including Sludge Building, dewatering system and equipment
13. Emergency Generators
14. Other Work including SCADA system, electrical distribution, site work and demolition
And other improvements incidental thereto.
