2026 Storm Drain Repair Project

The scope of this project will be to provide all the labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary to remove, replace and/or repair storm drain pipe, inlet boxes, frames, grates, collars, and asphalt improvements at various locations throughout Draper City as described in the project plans and specifications.

The plans cover the following locations:

• 11542 Camden Park Lane
• 883 Ranch Circle
• Vestry & Rocky Mouth Lane
• 14984 S Traverse Ridge Road
• Suncrest Dr at split north of 2250 E

Bid documents and specifications will be posted to the Utah Public Procurement Place (U3P), PURCHASING.UTAH.GOV on or before **Thursday, October 29, 2026 at 5:00 PM**.

A **5% Bid Bond will be required**.

The Engineering Division will receive **electronic responses on PURCHASING.UTAH.GOV** until **2:00 PM on Monday, November 9, 2026**. Responses received after this time will not be accepted.

Responses will be opened by Draper City staff and will be promptly posted to the Utah Public Procurement Place (U3P) website within 24 hours of the above-stated time and date, with only the names of the firms submitting responses and their total bid amounts being presented. Preliminary bid results will be located within the Q&A section of the said project on U3P.

The City is not responsible for expenses incurred prior to award by the City Council. Draper City reserves the right to reject any and all responses and to waive any irregularities, informalities, or technicalities deemed in the best interest of the City.
