DFCM Construction - Prequalified General Stage II -Utah State Fairpark - Fairpark Admin Restroom and Flooring Remodel - Project #27083370

The State of Utah Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is requesting bids from Stage II Prequalified General Contractors for Construction services for the following project. Contractors not prequalified through the Stage I Request for Statement of Qualifications process are not eligible to bid on this project.

Brief Project Description: Renovating the restrooms and the flooring throughout the admin building.

Construction Budget:** **$175,000.00

Detailed Project Description/Base Bid:

Renovation of existing facility including replacement of flooring, interior and exterior painting, replacement of select plumbing fixtures, associated plumbing modifications, and related patching, repair, surface preparation, an miscellaneous finish work.

Additive Alternates:

• Additive Alternate No. 01: Remove existing blinds - Provide and install new manual roller shades
• Additive Alternate No. 02: Remove and replace the entire existing upper-level plywood subfloor with new ¾" tongue and groove APA-rated plywood subfloor. Match existing thickness where existing conditions differ.

Bids must be submitted via the U3P website no later than the time and date specified on the Solicitation Schedule. A bid bond [...] in the amount of 5% of the bid, or equivalent, must accompany the bid submitted within U3P.

After the bid deadline listed on the Solicitation Schedule has passed, the bid tabulation will be available in U3P and the Contract award will go to the Contractor submitting the lowest responsive and responsible bid.

All Contractors are required to submit their DFCM Subcontractors List Form to dfcmcontracts@utah.gov by the time and date specified on the Solicitation Schedule.

The Contractor is required to provide performance and payment bonds on the AIA Document A312 - 2010 Performance and Payment Bond forms in the amount of 100% of the Contract Sum [...]. The bonds are to be emailed to dfcmcontracts@utah.gov within ten (10) business days of receipt of the Contract for signature.

**Substantial Completion Date:** April 30, 2027. **Liquidated Damages:** $250.00 per day.
