Sealed Bids for the construction of the FY 26/27 Trip Hazard Mitigation Project will be received by Pleasant View City, at City Hall, 520 West Elberta Dr., Pleasant View, UT, until 1:00 pm local time on November 4, 2026, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.
The Project consists of replacing concrete sidewalk, ADA ramps, and driveways; replacing curb and gutter; adjusting meter boxes and valves to grade and adding concrete collars; and lifting/adjusting/replacing concrete at various City park locations; and is generally located throughout the City.
Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis, as indicated in the Bid Form. All documents listed in paragraph 7.01 of the Bid Form must be submitted.
Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
Bidders shall submit proof of qualifications to perform the Work as described in the Instructions to Bidders.
Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any informality in a Bid, and to make awards in the best interests of the Owner.
