Timpanogos Sanitary Sewer District (TSSD) is requesting Statements of Qualification/Bidder Prequalification Applications from general contractors for construction of capital improvement projects under $20M in the collection system, including large diameter pipelines. All work will be in north Utah County, Utah.

Applications for the prequalification will be received from contractors at Timpanogos Sanitary Sewer District located at 6400 N 5050 W, Utah County, UT 84003 until **Tuesday, November 18, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. local time**. Alternatively, applications may be mailed to P.O. Box 923, American Fork, UT 84003. At that time, the applications received will be opened and reviewed.

Prospective applicant's may obtain the Prequalification Documents in .PDF format from the Issuing Office upon contacting Kasey Chesnut, P.E. at kaseyc@horrocks.com or by phone at (801) 763-5100. Partial sets of Prequalification Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office.

Acknowledgment of receipt of addenda must be included on the *Applicant Certification*. Applicants are solely responsible for being aware of any addenda.
