UW-La Crosse - Charter Bus Service

The University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, hereinafter referred to as the “University”, through its Procurement Services Department, hereinafter referred to as “Purchasing”, requests bids for the purchase of Charter Bus Services. See the Terms and Requirements document in the BUYER ATTACHMENTS tab for specific bid information.

Are you in the business of providing Charter Coach Bus and School Bus transportation services, including experience transporting Athletic Teams, and has your company or its principals done so for the past 3 years?

Do you agree to provide working WiFi internet services for the transportation of Client's passengers at no extra charge?

Have you provided a description of the company's programs for preventative maintenance and regular replacement of worn and/or malfunctioning equipment?

Will you provide Athletic Sponsorship? (See Section 5.12)

Have you uploaded an complete *Attachment A - Itemized Bid List (Rate Sheet)* and *Attachment B - Itemized Bid List (Cost Compare)*?

**Submission method:** The University is accepting electronic responses via the Sourcing Module. Required materials must be received by the due date and time listed. Bids cannot be submitted once the event has closed in the Portal.

All Bids MUST be submitted by **2:00 PM Central Time** on the stated due date. Late bids will not be accepted.

To respond to this event, bidders must have an online profile with JAGGAER.

Bidder must supply a client list of three (3) firms to which similar items/services have been provided during the past three (3) years to a comparable sized institution or company.

Will you provide insurance certificate(s) indicating coverage and agree to maintain coverage as required in 4.11?

Do you agree to firm prices as stated? (See Section 4)
