Water Stable Isotope Analyzer

The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, hereinafter referred to as the "University", through its Office of Procurement and Strategic Sourcing, hereinafter referred to as "Procurement", on behalf of the Department of Geology and Environmental Science, hereinafter referred to as "Department", requests bids for the purchase of an Water Stable Isotope Analyzer. • Bidder must supply a client list of three (3) firms to which similar items/services have been provided during the past three (3) years to a comparable sized institution or company.
• Upload your completed Specification Compliance Requirements Confirmation Sheet.
• Upload your Proposed Equipment Configuration per Section 7.2 of the bid document.
• Upload your completed Cost Sheet.
• Upload Product Literature: manufacturer brochures, specification sheets, product catalogs, or equivalent technical documentation for all proposed equipment per Section 7.3 of the bid document.
• Provide a detailed submittal explaining all warranty and service level agreements pertaining to your submission.
• If unable to deliver by March 2027, state the earliest delivery date possible.

The University is accepting electronic responses via the Sourcing Module. Required materials must be received by the due date and time listed. Bids cannot be submitted once the event has closed in the Portal.

To respond to this event, bidders must have an online profile with JAGGAER.

When all responses to event sections have been entered and saved, you must confirm your submission and click the submit button to send your response to the University. All Bids MUST be submitted by **2:00 PM Central Time** on the stated due date. Late bids will not be accepted.

The public opening bid will be held virtually at **3:00 PM CT 12/4/26**. During the session, only the names of the bidders will be announced.

Any contact with University employees concerning this RFB is prohibited from issue date until the award is released, except as authorized by the BUYER.
