Beef Products

Agua Fria Union High School District #216 is seeking competitive sealed bids from qualified vendors to provide locally sourced beef products for use by District Food Services and Career and Technical Education (CTE) Culinary Arts programs. Products may include ground and processed beef products, portion-controlled products, fresh and specialty beef cuts, and other related beef products identified within the solicitation.

The District intends to establish a multi-term, multiple-award cooperative contract that will also be available for use by eligible participating members of the Greater Phoenix Purchasing Consortium of Schools (GPPCS). Purchases will be made on an as-needed, if-needed basis, and no minimum purchase quantity or expenditure is guaranteed.

Beef products purchased under the resulting contract may be used by the District's Food Services program to support student meal programs and by CTE Culinary Arts programs for classroom instruction, culinary training, meat labs, demonstrations, competitions, catered events, and other authorized educational activities.

The District seeks to establish a cooperative contract that provides access to high-quality, locally sourced beef products at competitive prices while supporting product availability, reliable delivery, and the varying operational needs of Agua Fria and eligible participating GPPCS members.

**Responses must be submitted electronically** through ProcureNow at https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/aguafria. Facsimile or physical mail offers shall be rejected.

**Bid Submission Deadline:** November 5, 2026, 1:00pm. Bids will not be accepted after this programmed time. The submission time is Local Arizona time. We do not observe Daylight Savings time.

An Award will be made to the Responsible Bidder or Offeror whose Offer is determined to be the lowest responsible and responsive Bid or Bids that conform in all material respects to the requirements of the Solicitation. District may award multiple contracts from the Solicitation.

The Bidder or Offeror shall hold its Offer open for the later of (i) the number of days after the Offer Deadline stated in the Solicitation or (ii) ninety (90) days.
