Heavy-Duty Radiator Repair, Service, and OEM Parts

The City of Pasadena Department of Public Works, Building Systems and Fleet Management Division (BSFMD) is seeking bids from qualified vendors to provide heavy-duty radiator inspection, diagnostic, repair, rebuilding, recoring, replacement, cleaning, and related services on an as-needed basis. Services shall support the City's fleet of heavy-duty vehicles and equipment and may include work performed on complete vehicles/equipment or individual components removed from City equipment and provided to the Contractor for repair.

The City of Pasadena operates and maintains a diverse fleet of heavy-duty vehicles and equipment used to support municipal operations. Equipment requiring services under this solicitation may include, but is not limited to refuse and sanitation vehicles, heavy-duty trucks, street sweepers, sewer/vacuum trucks, fire apparatus and emergency vehicles, construction and off-road equipment, loaders, backhoes, specialty municipal vehicles and equipment, and other City-owned heavy-duty vehicles and equipment.

Due to the variety of age and operating conditions of the City's equipment, repairs may range from minor leak repairs to complete radiator recoring or replacement.

Notice is hereby given that the City of Pasadena is calling for sealed bids for the Public Works Department, BSFMD and will receive sealed bids prior to **3:00 pm, Thursday, December 10, 2026** and will electronically unseal and make them available online (https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/pasadena/projects/317352) for this solicitation named "Heavy-Duty Radiator Repair, Service, and OEM Parts" Project ID: 2026-IFB-LM-0572.

Bids will be received via the **City's eProcurement Portal** (https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/pasadena). A bid received after the time set for the bid opening shall not be considered. Bidders are **required** to submit (upload) all items listed in the Submittals/Checklist.

All bid pricing must be entered into the City's eProcurement Portal or the bid may be considered informal and deemed non-responsive, do not use a separate document attachment to represent your pricing. Addenda shall be acknowledged via the City's eProcurement Portal.

Each bidder or proposer must submit a completed *Form AA-1*. Failure to submit this form will result in automatic disqualification with no exceptions unless bidder or proposer has an approved Form on file with the City.

The City requires that each bidder or proposer executes and submits to the City with the Bid/Proposal, the attached *Declaration of Non Collusion*.
