The Study will provide the VTA Board of Directors with information and recommendations for setting agency priorities, in alignment with the forthcoming Strategic Plan.
The QOLA will refer to other VTA planning efforts such as Transit Oriented Community Policy, Market Analysis for Transit, Climate Action Plan, Countywide Bicycle Plan, Pedestrian Access to Transit Plan, VTP, Strategic Plans, etc.
