EES Design Studio, of Fort Lauderdale, FL, is the Sole Source for the deinstallation, transport, and restoration of *Twin Vortexes* by Alice Aycock. EES Design Studio is the artist's fabricator of record for this work and holds the original fabrication knowledge, drawings, and records needed to safely disassemble, transport, and restore it. I am writing to confirm that EES Design is the only company that has the permission to handle my artwork, Twin Vortexes, at the Mennello Museum of American Art in Orlando, Florida. This includes the deinstallation and transporting the artwork back to their warehouse in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Any supplier that believes they are capable of providing the same type of product/service should submit product information, statement of qualifications, and/or capabilities, as applicable, to the below listed Procurement Agent by **email only** (angela.thomas@orlando.gov) no later than the due date and time of **Friday, November 13, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. (ET)**.

This posting will remain active for seven (7) calendar days. The Procurement Agent must be notified by **email only** (angela.thomas@orlando.gov) within this seven-day period.
