State Lobbyist

The Aviation Authority is soliciting responses from interested and qualified Lobbyists or Firms, duly licensed to do business in the State of Florida, to provide State Governmental Relations Consulting Services for the Orlando International Airport and the Orlando Executive Airport.

The selected Consultant will be determined, at the sole discretion of the Aviation Authority, to be both responsible and responsive, and the most highly qualified to perform the required services, based on the evaluation criteria established in the solicitation documents.

Sealed electronic responses will be received for this Solicitation through the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority e-Procurement Platform located at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/goaa. [...] Responses submitted by hard copy, e-mail, or fax shall not be accepted. Responses submitted outside of the designated Procurement Platform shall be rejected as non-responsive regardless of where and when they were received.

The Aviation Authority's intent is to enter into a non-exclusive Professional Services Agreement for the services described in this solicitation for a three (3) year base period, with two (2), one (1) year option(s). Professional Services Agreement to start on or about 01/01/2027.
