Remove existing 30" CMP culvert and replace with 9' X 4' RCBC and GDOT 2404 wingwalls.
Access road shall be min 10' width plus 2' shoulders. Provide 8 inches of compacted graded aggregate base conforming to GDOT Section 815.
All work to be completed in the dry. Construct temporary stream bypass, pump-around or approved gravity bypass.
Construct 25 LF of soil encapsulated lifts in right bank from approximately station 0+65 to 0+90.
Construct 25 LF of boulder sill wall in left bank from approximately station 0+65 to 0+90.
Sanitary sewer service shall be maintained during construction. Access to the Three Ring Pump Station shall be maintained at all times.
Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a Unit Price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
