Big Creek Demolition project

Demolition services are needed for nine (9) structures in preparation for the construction of the Big Creek Parkway transportation project.

The scope of work entails the complete demolition and removal of structures as specified in the Roswell Creek Apartments Pre-Demolition & Asbestos Inspection Report.

The structures are located at Big Creek Parkway PI No. 0010874B, Parcel(s) 1-2, 1055 Worthington Hills Drive, Roswell, GA 30076.

• Str 1: 824 Park Ridge Circle, wood frame apartment building, 10,110 SF ± total for structure
• Str 2: 881 Park Ridge Circle, wood frame apartment building, 10,110 SF ± total for structure
• Str 3: 883 Park Ridge Circle, wood frame apartment building, 10,110 SF ± total for structure
• Str 4: 879 Park Ridge Circle, wood frame apartment building, 9,595 SF ± total for structure
• Str 5: 873 Park Ridge Circle, wood frame apartment building, 10,110 SF ± total for structure
• Str 6: 871 Park Ridge Circle, wood frame apartment building, 12,633 SF ± for the total structure
• Str 7: 865 Park Ridge Circle, wood frame apartment building, 8,255 SF ± total for structure
• Str 8: 863 Park Ridge Circle, wood frame apartment building, 10,235 SF ± total in structure
• Str 9: Tahoe Drive, wood frame maintenance building, 2,200 SF ±

No materials containing ≥ 1 percent asbestos were identified at this structure.

All proposal submittals shall be a lump sum bid and uploaded as in pdf format.

All interested parties should read the Standard ITB instructions included in the public files for bond and insurance requirements.

The Abatement Contractor should visit the site to verify quantities and condition of ACM prior to preparing and submitting a bid and should notify the Contracting Officer to report any significant discrepancies.
