Demolition services are needed for nine (9) structures in preparation for the construction of the Big Creek Parkway transportation project. Unless otherwise directed, all work performed shall be in accordance with the Georgia Department of Transportation Standard Specifications, Construction of Transportation Systems 2021. All proposal submittals shall be a lump sum bid and uploaded as in pdf format. All interested parties should read the Standard ITB instructions included in the public files for bond and insurance requirements.
