Gwinnett County is soliciting competitive quotes from qualified suppliers for the Purchase of Bleachers and Related Equipment for the Department of Parks and Recreation.

Gwinnett County Department of Parks and Recreation is soliciting competitive quotes from qualified suppliers for bleachers and related equipment. The successful supplier shall provide the items, as well as delivery of same. The Unit Price in the Quote Schedule must include all costs associated with these services. Added costs for shipping/delivery, etc. will not be allowed.

The use of brand name is not for restrictive purposes or to limit competition, but to assist suppliers in determining the standard of quality and basis of design Gwinnett County is seeking. It shall be understood that items equaling or surpassing the quality level are also acceptable. [...] If quoting equivalent, please provide specifications page(s).

• Item 2: 10 EA Bench, Without Back, 8 feet, Aluminum, Galvanized Frame, Portable, The Park and Facilities Catalog Item #569-1386-2, or approved equivalent

Locations

Quotes shall include delivery of items to the location below. A liftgate and forklift will need to be utilized to bring the items into the facility. There is no loading dock at the location.

• Lenora Park: 4515 Lenora Church Rd, Snellville, GA 30039
• Items delivered as soon as possible after PO is received.

Quotes should be typed or submitted in ink and returned to the Attention of Casey Beauston, Purchasing Associate III. Quotes should be received by **3:00 P.M. on November 6, 2026** by email casey.beauston@gwinnettcounty.com or sent to the Gwinnett County Financial Services - 2nd Floor - Purchasing Division, 75 Langley Drive, Lawrenceville, Georgia 30046.

Award will be made to the supplier submitting the lowest responsive and responsible quote. Gwinnett County reserves the right to reject any or all quotes, to waive technicalities, and to make an award deemed in its best interest. Quotes may be split or awarded in entirety.

The following pages should be returned with your quote: *Quote Schedule*, Pages 3-4 and *References*, Page 5.

A minimum of three (3) references shall be provided on the "References" form included herein. References must clearly demonstrate the successful completion of similar projects within the past five (5) years.

Successful awarded supplier will be required to meet insurance requirements. Regarding insurance, per the attached requirements, a Certificate of Insurance will be requested from the supplier(s) in line for award, before a purchase order is issued. Certificates do not have to be included with initial response.

In compliance with the attached specifications and the Instructions for Vendors, the undersigned offers and agrees, within ninety (90) days of the date of quote opening, to furnish any or all of the items upon which prices are quoted.
