Anticipated Key Team Leaders
The purpose of the PNA is to inform the Consultant community of the upcoming RFQ opportunity. Full scope of work, instructions, and requirements for the upcoming RFQ will be provided in the RFQ on the anticipated issuance date below.
Anticipated Schedule
No GDOT prequalification Area Classes are specified for this solicitation because the requested services require specialized independent cost estimating expertise that may extend beyond the Department's established Area Classes. This approach is intended to broaden competition and allow consideration of qualified firms, including those that are not currently prequalified under GDOT Area Classes. Firms will be evaluated based on their demonstrated qualifications, relevant experience, and ability to perform the advertised services, subject to all other applicable solicitation requirements.
A RESTRICTION OF COMMUNICATION IS NOT IN EFFECT FOR THIS PROJECT. The restriction of communication has been removed for the PNA phase to allow interested firms to discuss the anticipated scope of services and GDOT's expectations for the contract with GDOT. Any communication requirements applicable to the RFQ phase will be specified in the forthcoming RFQ.
