The Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms to provide consultant services for the project or contract identified in the applicable Exhibit below.
Construction Engineering Inspection (CEI) Services for US 278 Grade Separation over CSX Railroad.
Under the resulting Agreement, the selected firm will provide the scope of services identified in the applicable Exhibit through individual task orders issued during the contract term.
GDOT anticipates awarding one (1) Multi-Phase, Project-Specific contract to one (1) firm for each contract identified in the applicable Exhibits. The payment type through individual task orders may be Lump Sum, Cost Plus Fixed Fee, Cost per Unit of Work, or Specific Rate of Compensation.
For each Multi-Phase, Project-Specific contract, a maximum allowable compensation amount will be established to serve as a ceiling for the total contract value. This ceiling may not be exceeded unless formally adjusted through a contract modification. Under the Multi-Phase, Project-Specific contract structure, the solicited scope of services will be negotiated and authorized individually through task orders. The specific scope of work and associated costs will be determined by the contract progress.
