This project includes replacement of the existing flat roofs on Buildings 2010, 2011, 2020, 2031, 2040, 2050, and 2051; foundation repairs; flooring replacement throughout; selective window and door replacement; door hardware replacement; and interior and exterior painting.

Sealed bids are requested by the Cobb County School District (CCSD) from General Contractors (current Georgia General Contractor’s License; no other license is acceptable) for the construction of:

Submission method

Bids will be received through the CCSD Euna Procurement Portal at https://cobbk12.bonfirehub.com/portal/?tab=openOpportunities. **Due Date/Time: 2:00 PM, ET, December 2, 2026**. Bids submitted in any manner other than through the CCSD Euna Procurement Portal will not be accepted.

**Mandatory** pre-bid conference attendance is a prerequisite to submitting a bid. A representative from your company is required to visit the site to confirm conditions before submitting a bid.

To be eligible to respond to this bid, Contractors must pre-qualify as outlined in CCSD Board Administrative Rule FGC-R. The deadline for submitting pre-qualification requirements for this project is **2:00 PM ET on November 12, 2026**. Contractors must provide proof of previous job experience within 30% of the cost or scope of this project.

Bonds

• Bid responses must be accompanied by a bid bond made payable to the Cobb County School District, in the amount equal to **five (5) percent** of the bid price. (Certified or Cashier’s Check will Not be Acceptable in Lieu of Bid Bond.)
• The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond acceptable to the Cobb County School District in an amount equal to **100 percent** of the contract price.

No bid may be withdrawn for 60 days after bid opening except within 48 hours if an appreciable error can be shown. Bid responses will only be accepted from companies that have downloaded bid documents from the Design Professional.
