Sealed bids for the construction of the Project will be received electronically through Euna Procurement (Bonfire), until **December 10, 2026, at 2:00 P.M. local time**. At that time, the Bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud in Conference Room #1 City Hall, 150 W Jefferson Street, Joliet, IL 60432.
Information and Bidding Documents for the Project can be downloaded from Euna Procurement (Bonfire) on our website at found at https://joliet.bonfirehub.com. All vendors will need to self-register in the Euna Procurement (Bonfire) portal for the City of Joliet. Vendors will need to accept all terms and conditions and opt in to notifications.
Any contract or contracts awarded under this Advertisement for Bids are expected to be funded in part by a loan from the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (Illinois EPA). [...] This procurement is also subject to the loan recipient’s policy regarding the increased use of disadvantaged business enterprises. The loan recipient’s policy requires all bidders to undertake specified affirmative efforts at least sixteen (16) days prior to bid opening.
