City of Joliet (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Heggie Park Phase 3 Water Main Improvements Contract No. 3019-0127.

The Project includes the following Work: The proposed construction consists of the installation of approximately 10,000 linear feet of 4-inch to 8-inch water main and other miscellaneous items of work.

Submission method

Sealed bids for the construction of the Project will be received electronically through Euna Procurement (Bonfire), until **Tuesday, December 8, 2026 at 2:00 P.M.** local time. At that time, the Bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud in Conference Room #1 City Hall, 150 W Jefferson Street, Joliet, IL 60432.

Information and Bidding Documents for the Project can be downloaded from Euna Procurement (Bonfire) on our website at found at https://joliet.bonfirehub.com. All vendors will need to self-register in the Euna Procurement (Bonfire) portal for the City of Joliet. Vendors will need to accept all terms and conditions and opt in to notifications.

Attendance at the pre-bid conference is **mandatory**.

Any contract or contracts awarded under this Advertisement for Bids are expected to be funded in part by a loan from the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (Illinois EPA). [...] The loan recipient’s policy requires all bidders to undertake specified affirmative efforts at least sixteen (16) days prior to bid opening.

This Bid will remain subject to acceptance for 120 days after the Bid opening, or for such longer period of time that Bidder may agree to in writing upon request of Owner. The estimated Notice to Proceed date is April 19, 2027.
