Municipal Sewer Connection - Grooms Rd.

Sealed bids for Project No. D0SCD00035, comprising a contract for Construction Work for Municipal Sewer Connection - Grooms Rd., located at 889 Grooms Rd, Rexford, NY 12148, Saratoga County, must be received by the Office for People With Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD), Design & Construction (D&C), Contract Management Unit, 26 Center Circle, Wassaic, NY 12592, on behalf of the Capital District DDSOO [...].

**Submission method:** Sealed bids should be mailed, or hand delivered to the address in the Instructions to Bidders. Telephone, email, or fax bids will not be accepted. A late bid will not be considered.

Each bid must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and must be accompanied by a bid security i.e. certified check, bank check, or bid bond in the amount of **$10,600**.

Bids will be publicly opened and read at **3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 15, 2026**. Bid Opening to be held via Microsoft Teams, in addition to in person.

Wicks Exempt Projects require a completed form BDC 59 (Wicks Exempt List of Subcontractors) be filled out and submitted (included in a separate, sealed envelope). Failure to submit this form correctly will result in a disqualification of the bid.

The Contract may be awarded to the lowest responsible and reliable bidder as will best promote the public interest.

The substantial completion date for this project is stated in Section 011000 of the Specifications.

The Office for People With Developmental Disabilities reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
