The Miami Special Utility Authority (MSUA), located in Miami, Oklahoma, requests Bids from qualified Bidders to provide fiber optic drop materials related to the proposed Fiber to the Premises (FTTP) system. These required products and performance conditions are set forth in this Scope of Work and are summarized below as consisting of several parts (each individually referred to as a Component).
The MSUA will contract with a Firm to provide materials that will include, but not be limited to, the scope as described herein.

The same bulk one fiber drop cable is to be used for aerial and underground applications. All dielectric, flat cable designs with 900 um tight buffer and bend insensitive fiber are required.
Aerial drop fiber will be attached at each pole to either a standard J-hook or a post on the PLP Multidrop Bracket. Fiber will be attached at the premises with a standard P-house style hook. Wedge clamps are preferred for all drop cable dead ends.
Installers will be building connectorized drop cables using bulk fiber and field installable connectors. MSUA will accept proposals for both splice-on and mechanical options. However, the assembled connector must fit into the lower chamber of the OFDC A4 terminal where the space between the bulkhead and the end plate is less than 2 inches.
MSUA will be deploying a NID at each service location (home or business). The NID should have at least two entry ports on the bottom, an exit port out the back, storage system for 900 um fiber, lockable cover, capacity for at least two SC-APC bulkheads and the ability to order with Miami Fiber logo affixed to the cover.
MSUA is requesting proposals for 12.7/10 mm and 18/14 mm tonable micro duct.
MSUA will install fiber jumpers through the back of each NID to connect to the ONT inside the premises. Because ONT locations vary, MSUA must stock these cables in multiple lengths.
Bidders are not required to submit a Bid for ALL Project Components.
**Submission:** Sealed Bids will be received by the Miami Special Utility Authority Purchasing Agent, Brian Brassfield, at **2 P.M. CST, Thursday November 19, 2026**.
