R2 Paving RFB - I5 MP222 NB Fire Damage

3" inlay paving on I5 NB at MP222 to repair shoulder surface damaged by a vehicle fire, approximately 8' wide and 110' long. Longitudinal markings that have been damaged by fire should be retraced and shall match existing color, layout/location, and material as existing. 16" gap pattern rumble strips to be replaced and match existing.

Contractor must submit its bid by uploading the completed Request for Bid/Work Order form to the Attachments tab for the project in OregonBuys and entering the total bid price on the Items tab.

Contractor must complete the Contractor Information section, including a signature, and insert unit and total prices for all bid items.

**Required Completion Date:** 12/31/2026

This project requires compliance with the domestic preference requirements of ORS 279C.303. Contractor shall comply with Price Agreement Exhibit A - State Buy America Provisions.

If the contract price exceeds $50,000, this project requires payment of the following prevailing wage rates: "Prevailing Wage Rates for Public Works Contracts" effective September 3, 2026 and as amended October 5, 2026.

One or more traffic lanes may be closed when allowed, shown, or directed during the following periods of time: Sunday night through Thursday morning, 9 PM to 5:30 AM.

Portable Changeable Message Signs (PCMS) shall be placed a minimum of 7 days in advance of any ramp or lane closure to alert the public of the closure. The location of the PCMS and the message on the PCMS shall be submitted to the Project Manager as part of the Contractor's proposed TCP.
