The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (Commonwealth) is issuing this Invitation for Bids (IFB) to meet the needs of CENTRAL OFFICE CHIEF COUNSEL - DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS to satisfy a need for Legal Storage - 1100-73365 December 2026.

The Pennsylvania Department of Corrections (DOC) is seeking a qualified vendor to provide secure, off-site storage services for confidential legal files-maintained by the Department.

The vendor shall provide local storage, indexing, and tracking of files to ensure their location can be readily and delivered to the designated DOC location upon request, as needed, prior to transfer to state archives.

All quantities are estimated; amounts may vary.

The Commonwealth is seeking bids to procure the services set forth in the attached document entitled "Statement of Work."

**Only Electronic Bid Responses Will Be Accepted.** Bidders must submit their bids through the Commonwealth's electronic system (SRM). No Bid shall be considered if it arrives after the Bid Opening Time, regardless of reason for the late arrival.

It is the intent of the Commonwealth to make a single award of item(s) listed in the IFB to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.

To be eligible for selection, a bid must be:

• Timely received from a Bidder;
• Properly signed by the Bidder.

This is a (1) one-year contract with the option of four (4) one-year renewals. The Contract may be mutually renewed for a maximum of 4 additional 1 year term(s). [...] The Commonwealth reserves the right, upon notice to the Contractor, to extend any single term of the Contract for up to three (3) months upon the same terms and conditions.
