Notice is hereby given that Freedom Transit receive bids electronically, ONLY. Bids shall be submitted online via the PennBid Program (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com) by the date and time indicated in the Invitation for Bids along with the Bid security and the other documents required to be submitted as identified herein for bidding the Fuel System Installation WCTA Operations Facility as described within the Contract Documents.
Bidding documents are available at no cost via the PennBid Program (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com).
The deadline for bid submissions is **2:00PM (EST) on November 18, 2026**. All bids will be submitted **electronically** (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com). Any bids received after that time will be considered non-responsive.
Federal Prevailing Wage Rates are required for this project. This project will require Federal Davis-Bacon prevailing wage rates.
The bidder agrees that bids will be valid for at least a ninety (90) day period from the date the bids are opened.
