Rechargeable Flashlight

This micro purchase will be awarded as a whole or by line item, whichever is in the best interest of the City, to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Seller must quote all items in order to be eligible for award.

Quotes must be electronically submitted to PHLContracts by a seller with legal authority to bind the seller's Company. [...] In no event will the City accept a Quote from seller unless City has received a duly completed and signed Consent and Authorization Agreement by the Submission Date specified in PHLContracts.

All terms and prices quoted shall be valid for 60 days from the Submission Date, or in the case of Requirements Contracts, throughout the Contract Term specified in PHLContracts.

The contract will be awarded to the lowest, responsible, responsive Seller. [...] The term of the Contract shall commence on the Effective Date in PHLContracts (Effective Date) and shall terminate automatically 365 days thereafter. [...] In no event shall the term of the Contract exceed 365 days.

All products must be delivered, at the prices quoted, FOB Destination Point.

• Workers' Compensation – Statutory limits
• General Liability: **$500,000** per occurrence combined single limit for bodily injury (including death) and property damage liability.
• Automobile Liability: **$300,000** per occurrence combined single limit for bodily injury (including death) and property damage liability.
