This Micro or Small Order Purchase will be awarded as a whole or by line item, whichever is determined to be in the best interest of the City, to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.

• Heavy-duty 8 oz., 3-ply vinyl
• 20-gauge clear vinyl (approximately 0.5 mm thick)
• 11 oz. synthetic fabric

Required Features

• Clear top portion must be completely metal-free.
• No metal grommets.
• Hookless design utilizing hook-and-loop strips.
• Adjustable clear vinyl top panel with an adjustment range of 8" to 25".
• Flame retardant.
• PREA compliant.
• Color combination: Clear / Light Green / Clear.

Delivery Requirements

• Delivery is required within thirty (30) to forty-five (45) calendar days from the date of Purchase Order issuance.
• The required delivery timeframe will not be extended.
• Vendors unable to meet the required delivery timeframe should refrain from submitting a bid.
• One-time delivery of the complete quantity of 500 shower curtains is required.
• Partial deliveries will not be accepted unless authorized in writing by the City.
• All deliveries shall be inside deliveries to the City's designated delivery location.
• Drop shipment to a loading dock is not acceptable.
• Vendor must coordinate delivery with the City's designated contact prior to delivery.
• Vendor shall provide advance notice of the scheduled delivery date and time to ensure the delivery location is prepared to receive the shipment.

Quotes must be electronically submitted to PHLContracts by a seller with legal authority to bind the seller's Company as that authority is more fully described in the *Consent and Authorization Agreement*. In no event will the City accept a Quote from seller unless City has received a duly completed and signed *Consent and Authorization Agreement* by the Submission Date specified in PHLContracts.

Vendor must submit **product literature/specification sheet** for the product being offered. The submitted literature must clearly demonstrate compliance with the required specifications. Products that do not meet the required specifications may be considered non-responsive.

The reference product is Bob Barker – Model SCVC3677CGC. Equivalent products may be offered, provided they meet or exceed all specifications stated herein.

The contract will be awarded to the lowest, responsible, responsive Seller.

All terms and prices quoted shall be valid for 60 days from the Submission Date.

The term of the Contract shall commence on the Effective Date in PHLContracts (Effective Date) and shall terminate automatically 365 days thereafter.
