This micro purchase will be awarded as a whole or by line item, whichever is in the best interest of the City, to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Seller must quote all items in order to be eligible for award.

**Submission method:** Quotes must be electronically submitted to PHLContracts (www.PHLContracts.phila.gov) by a seller with legal authority to bind the seller's Company. A signed *Consent and Authorization Agreement* is **required**; no quote will be considered without one on file.

The contract will be awarded to the lowest, responsible, responsive Seller. The total amount of the Quote shall be less than **$43,000**, increased every City fiscal year by the percentage increase in the CPI-U from January 1, 2020. All terms and prices quoted shall be valid for **60 days** from the Submission Date.

The term of the Contract shall commence on the Effective Date in PHLContracts and shall terminate automatically **365 days** thereafter.

General Liability Insurance: **$500,000** per occurrence. Automobile Liability: **$300,000** per occurrence. Workers' Compensation: statutory limits.

All potential vendors are required to conduct a site visit before submitting a bid for any solicitation that requires measurements or location-specific accommodation. Vendors who submit a response without completing the required site visit or meeting the stated requirements may be automatically disqualified.
