The Department of Public Safety is requesting bids for industrial fans and installation for our Equine Facility.

Touchscreen Fan Controller

• Able to control multiple fans
• Able to schedule, group, and fan naming
• Able to provide fan diagnostics

Mechanical Installation

• Install and mount the fans with variable frequence drives
• Install and mount with minimum 31.5-49.5 inch downrod
• Install minimum 100 feet of Cat5 communication cable per fan
• Install pre-wired motor cables with twist lock connections
• Inspect and test the mechanical installation

Electrical Installation

• Install Fire suppression interface wiring
• Install the associated fire relay as required
• Route wiring from the fan equipment to the designated fire suppression interface.
• Inspect and test the electrical installation

DPS is not currently accepting any in-person solicitation responses.

The contract term commences on the effective date stated in the signing document, (or purchase order contract) and expires one year from that effective date.

DPS may award one or more Contracts resulting from this solicitation to a responsible Bidder whose Bid is best value under the evaluation criteria in this solicitation. [...] DPS will not award more than one Bidder (who is the best value) per line item.

All Bids will be valid for 180 days after the solicitation opening date.

**Required** forms include the Information and Certifications Form, *Direct Deposit Authorization Form (74-176)* if choosing direct deposit, *W-9*, and *Application for Texas Identification Number (AP-152)*.

**Failure to sign** will deem the response non-responsive.
