Pavement Rehabilitation District 1

Request for Bids – RFB 2026-061, Pavement Rehabilitation District 1. Sealed Bids will be accepted at the City of Waco’s Operations Center, 1415 N. 4th Street, Waco, TX until **2:00 P.M. December 8, 2026**, for the City of Waco Construction of the PAVEMENT REHABILITATION DISTRICT 1.

Project requires to properly install, complete and accept in place approximately 7.3 miles Mill and Overlay including necessary appurtenances for various streets in District 1.

Pavement Legend

• 2" full width mill; 2" TY-D overlay
• 2" full width mill; edgemill 7' wide each side; 2" TY-D overlay
• Full width mill to base; 2" TY-D overlay
• Full width mill to base; edgemill 7' wide each side; 2" TY-D overlay
• 1.0" full width mill; 2" TY-D overlay
• 1.0" full width mill; edgemill 7' wide each side; 2" TY-D overlay
• Base failure repair with Type B HMAC per ST-43
• Base failure repair with 2000 PSI concrete per ST-27 & ST-41

An RFB is a Request For Bid that will be awarded based on lowest responsible bid or best value to City of Waco.
