The City of Dallas, Dallas Love Field Airport, is requesting the purchase and installation of radio communication equipment and related infrastructure to support and enhance reliable communications for airport operations.

The scope also includes the installation of radio communication equipment and associated components. Installation services shall consist of providing qualified technicians to install, connect, secure, ground, configure, and test the equipment and related infrastructure as required for proper operation.
The requested equipment and services will provide Dallas Love Field Airport personnel with reliable radio communication capabilities to support day-to-day airport operations, coordination, and communication among staff.
Requested Items/Services:
The overall objective is to furnish Dallas Love Field Airport with the radio equipment, supporting infrastructure, and installation services necessary to establish and maintain functional, reliable, and compatible radio communications for airport personnel.
All responses to a Solicitation must be completed and submitted in the Solicitation website by the time and date specified in the Solicitation.
Unless otherwise stated in City's specifications, all prices will be considered firm for acceptance within one hundred eighty (180) days after bid/proposal opening.
Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder or to the most advantageous proposal based upon evaluation regarding response to the requirements listed in the specifications. City reserves the right to reject any or all bids or proposals and to waive minor irregularities or discrepancies in any bid or proposal as may be in the best interest of City.
**Insurance required:** Workers' Compensation and Employers' Liability ($500,000 each accident, $500,000 each employee, $500,000 policy limit), Business Automobile Liability ($500,000 per occurrence), and Commercial General Liability ($1,000,000 per occurrence, $2,000,000 products/completed operations aggregate, $2,000,000 general aggregate). The City shall be named as an additional insured.
The general warranty period shall end one (1) year after the date of the official acceptance.
