The City of West Jordan, Utah is seeking proposals from firms who prepare municipal impact fee studies to prepare updates of the City’s Fire, Parks, Police, Stormwater, Wastewater, and Water Impact Fees. An update to Transportation Impact Fee was recently completed, and consequently an update to this fee is not required nor requested at this time.
The last impact fee report for Fire, Parks, Police, Stormwater, Wastewater, and Water Impact fees was prepared by LRB Public Finance Advisors in September 2023. Since that time, several infrastructure projects have been completed, and changes in construction costs have necessitated an update to the current impact fee schedule. All work for this update must comply with Utah State Code Title 11-36a – Impact Fees Act, and applicable City ordinances.
The successful consultant will prepare an accurate and legally compliant Impact Fee Facilities Plan and Impact Fee Analysis that equitably assigns costs related to new development in the impact fee schedule.
