Lighting Maintenance and Repair Services

The County of Orange, OC Public Works, (hereinafter referred to as County) is requesting competitive bids from qualified vendors (hereinafter referred to as Bidder) for Lighting Maintenance and Repair Services.

This Contract specifies contractual terms and conditions by which County will procure Lighting Maintenance and Repair Services from Contractor as further detailed in the Scope of Work, identified and incorporated herein by this reference as "Attachment A".

Contractor shall perform all work diligently, carefully, and in a good and workmanlike manner; shall furnish all necessary labor, supervision, machinery, equipment, materials, and supplies, shall at its sole expense obtain and maintain all permits and licenses required by public authorities, including those of County required in its governmental capacity, in connection with performance of the work.

This Contract is a cooperative contract and may be utilized by all County of Orange departments.

This is a fully electronic solicitation – only electronic bids submitted through the County’s online bidding system will be allowed; no other form of bid submittals will be accepted.

The initial term of this Contract shall become effective **May 1, 2027** and shall continue for three (3) calendar years, unless otherwise terminated as provided herein.

This is an Aggregate Contract with TBD with an Aggregate Contract Amount not to exceed **$1,719,000**.

Contractor shall maintain throughout the contract the minimum limits and coverage as set forth below.

• Commercial General Liability: $1,000,000 per occurrence; $2,000,000 aggregate
• Automobile Liability: $1,000,000 combined Single Limit
• Workers' Compensation: Statutory
• Employers Liability Insurance: $1,000,000 per accident or disease
