Doors/Related Hardware and Installation Services

The County of Orange, OC Public Works, (hereinafter referred to as County) is requesting competitive bids from qualified vendors (hereinafter referred to as Bidder) for Doors/Related Hardware and Installation Services.

This Contract is for Doors/Related Hardware and Installation Services within various locations throughout the County of Orange.

Contractor shall perform all work diligently, carefully, and in a good and workmanlike manner; shall furnish all necessary labor, supervision, machinery, equipment, materials, and supplies, shall at its sole expense obtain and maintain all permits and licenses required by public authorities, including those of County required in its governmental capacity, in connection with performance of the work.

This is a fully electronic solicitation – only electronic bids submitted through the County’s online bidding system will be allowed; no other form of bid submittals will be accepted.

Bids will be valid for a period of 180 days after IFB closing date.

Insurance

• Commercial General Liability: $1,000,000 per occurrence; $2,000,000 aggregate
• Automobile Liability: $1,000,000 combined Single Limit
• Workers' Compensation: Statutory
• Employers Liability Insurance: $1,000,000 per accident or disease

The initial term of this Contract shall become effective January 21, 2027 and shall continue for three (3) calendar years, unless otherwise terminated as provided herein.
