Purchase and Delivery of Simunition & Misc. Products

The County of Orange, Sheriff-Coroner, (hereinafter referred to as County) is requesting competitive bids from qualified vendors (hereinafter referred to as Bidder) for Purchase and Delivery of Simunition & Misc. Products.

This Contract specifies contractual terms and conditions by which County will procure Purchase and Delivery of Simunition & Misc. Products from Contractor as further detailed in the Scope of Work, identified and incorporated herein by this reference as "Attachment A".

Submission

This is a fully electronic solicitation – only electronic bids submitted through the County’s online bidding system will be allowed; no other form of bid submittals will be accepted.

Contract term

The initial term of this Contract shall become effective May 1, 2027 and shall continue for three (3) calendar years, unless otherwise terminated as provided herein. This contract shall not be renewed unless otherwise approved by the County Board of Supervisors.

Insurance

Contractor will need to comply with the following insurance requirements if making the deliveries to the County. No insurance is required if a common carrier makes deliveries to the County.

• Commercial General Liability: **$1,000,000 per occurrence; $2,000,000 aggregate**
• Automobile Liability: **$1,000,000 combined Single Limit**
• Workers' Compensation: Statutory
• Employers Liability Insurance: **$1,000,000 per accident or disease**

Cooperative contract

This Contract is a cooperative contract and may be utilized by all County of Orange departments.
