Pilot Certification and Training Services

The County of Orange, Sheriff-Coroner, (hereinafter referred to as County) is requesting competitive bids from qualified vendors (hereinafter referred to as Bidder) for Pilot Certification and Training Services.

The Orange County Sheriff's Department is a public agency that serves the residents by providing law enforcement services and community outreach. The Orange County Sheriff's Department has a need to provide Pilot Certification and Training Services on an ongoing basis.

This Contract specifies contractual terms and conditions by which County will procure Pilot Certification and Training Services Items from Contractor as further detailed in the Scope of Work, identified and incorporated herein by this reference as "Attachment A".

**Submission:** This is a fully electronic solicitation – only electronic bids submitted through the County's online bidding system will be allowed; no other form of bid submittals will be accepted.

This Contract shall commence upon execution of all necessary signatures and continue for three (3) calendar years from that date, unless otherwise terminated by County.

This contract shall not be renewed unless otherwise approved by the County Board of Supervisors.

Commercial General Liability: $2,000,000 per occurrence; $2,000,000 aggregate. Professional Liability: $2,000,000 per claims-made or occurrence; $12,000,000 aggregate.
