Magnesium Hydroxide Storage Tanks & Dosing Systems

The City of Tallahassee, Florida (“City”) invites prospective Bidders to submit bids to provide the items or services specified in this solicitation.

The City intends to make a single award to the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder based on the total evaluated bid price calculated in accordance with Section 2.2 and Attachment K – Price Schedule.

Submission method

The City of Tallahassee uses Euna (www.gobonfire.com) to administer the competitive solicitation process, including but not limited to soliciting bids, issuing addenda, posting results and issuing notification of an intended decision. When submitting a response (proposal, quote or bid) electronically through Euna, it is the sole responsibility of the Bidder to ensure that the response is received by Euna prior to the closing date and time. NOTE: RESPONSES ARE NOT VISIBLE UNTIL AFTER THE DUE DATE AND TIME.

Questions

Any questions related to this solicitation must be submitted in writing through the Euna System via the Questions and Answers (Q&A) section and received by the City by the deadline date and time specified.

Site visit

Prospective Bidders may request an optional site visit to familiarize themselves with the existing site conditions and installation requirements. Site visits are not mandatory and will be coordinated individually upon request.

Award

Bids shall be evaluated without discussions. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids in accordance with the provisions of this solicitation.

Insurance

• Commercial General/Umbrella Liability Insurance - **$1,000,000** limit per occurrence for property damage and bodily injury.
• Business Automobile/Umbrella Liability Insurance - **$1,000,000** limit per accident for property damage and personal injury.
• Workers’ Compensation and Employers’/Umbrella Liability Insurance - Employers’/Umbrella Liability coverage for **$1,000,000** per accident.
• Professional Liability Insurance (if applicable) - **$1,000,000** or as per project (ultimate loss value per occurrence).
