City of Joliet Elevator Maintenance 2027-2031

The City of Joliet, Illinois does hereby invite sealed bids for the Elevator Maintenance of 15 elevators at City of Joliet facilities (City Hall (2), Police Department (1), Union Station (1), Transportation Center (5), DuPage Medical Field (2), Ottawa Street Parking Deck(1), East Side Roadways(1), Historical Museum (2).

The City of Joliet, Illinois does hereby invite sealed bids for the Elevator Maintenance of 15 elevators at City of Joliet facilities (City Hall (2), Police Department (1), Union Station (1), Transportation Center (5), DuPage Medical Field (2), Ottawa Street Parking Deck(1), East Side Roadways(1), Historical Museum (2).

All bids must be submitted in Euna Procurement (Bonfire) by **10:30 AM** local time on **11/19/2026**, at which time they will be opened and publicly read aloud in Conference Room # 1 City Hall, 150 W Jefferson Street, Joliet, IL 60432. All vendors will need to self-register in the Euna Procurement (Bonfire) portal for the City of Joliet.

Bid security: at least Ten percent (10%) of its base bid, in the form of a certified check, cashier’s check or bid bond issued by a surety licensed to do business in the State of Illinois, made payable to the order of the City of Joliet. Personal checks and Company checks are not acceptable bid security. Performance Security: 100%.

Insurance: the City of Joliet, along with its officers and employees, must be named as additional insured on a primary and non-contributory basis. Please provide an endorsement from your insurance carrier confirming that the City of Joliet is named as an additional insured and that the endorsement includes the provision of legal representation for the defense of any claims asserted against the City.

The Contract shall be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder based on criteria as set forth in the City of Joliet Purchasing Ordinance. This contract is eligible for the local bidder preference ordinance. Prequalification Necessary: NO.
