Request for Quote (RFQ) No. 26095

Nebraska Public Power District, Columbus General Office, requests quotes for crossarms, braces, brackets, clamps, grips, ground rods and clamps, moulding, pins, bolts, screws, nuts and washers, to be shipped to Central Stores, 907 West 25th Street, York NE 68467-1240.

The RFQ Number must appear on all responses. Quotes must remain valid for 90 days. NPPD terms and conditions apply to this order.

Item 10 - BABA COMPLIANT PROJECT-YORK

Federal Code of Regulations cites:

• 2 CFR 184 - Build America, Buy America Requirements for Construction Materials
• 23 CFR 635.410 - Buy America requirements for Iron, Steel, and Manufactured Products

The certification must include:

• Identifying information such as contract ID, control number, project number and project name
• Clear and unique product identification (name of product with lot number, heat number, reel number, etc.)
• A domestic manufacture statement similar to: Products or materials specified in this certification are permanently consumed in, incorporated into, or affixed to the project and meet the applicable Build America, Buy America requirements detailed in 2 CFR 184 Buy America Preferences for Infrastructure Projects as well as the 23 CFR-635.410 Buy America requirements for steel and iron products.
• A signature by the manufacturer's authorized representative and the representative's title

For steel and iron or other non-ferrous metals, they would like a manufacturer's test reports as part of the certification which shows country of melt and metal chemistry.

Pressure pentachlorophenol treatment is required on the wood crossarms. Items are described by NPPD stock code with listed manufacturer part numbers.
